Prof. Guohua Xie

Xiamen University, China


Dr. Guohua Xie obtained his Ph.D. degree from Jilin University (China) in 2011, working on OLED microdisplays. From August 2011, Dr. Xie carried out his postdoctoral research at TU Dresden (Germany), sponsored by Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. Later, Dr. Xie worked for the University of St Andrews (UK) since 2013. From 2015, he joined the College of Chemistry and Molecular Sciences of Wuhan University (China). Since 2023, Dr. Xie served as a full professor in the Institute of Flexible Electronics (Future Technologies) of Xiamen University, working on the interdisciplinary research of the emerging optoelectronic materials and devices. Dr. Xie has co-authored over 260 peer-reviewed publications with an H-index of 56 and contributed to 1 book as the editor-in-chief. In 2020, Dr. Xie has been admitted as a Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry. Currently, he serves as a member of Youth Editorial Board respectively for “Chinese Journal of Luminescence”, “SmartMat”, “InfoMat”, “InfoScience”, and “The Innovation”. Meanwhile, Dr. Xie also takes the role of Academic Editor for the journal “The Innovation Materials”.

Prof. Jianhong Yang


Lanzhou University, China


Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Physical Science and Technology, Lanzhou University, with a Bachelor’s (1987), Master’s (1990), and PhD (1998) in Physics/Condensed Matter Physics from Lanzhou University. Since joining the university in June 1990, he has held significant roles including Director of the Microelectronics Research Institute (2001–2018), Director of the Microelectronics Teaching and Research Section (2018–2022), and Leader of the Provincial Teaching Team for Microelectronics Science and Engineering (2019–present). He spearheaded the establishment of key academic programs such as the Gansu Provincial Key Discipline in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics (2002–2014), the Master’s Program in IC Engineering (2008–present), and the National First-Class Undergraduate Program in Microelectronics Science and Engineering (2020–present). With over 20 research projects completed, he has received national and provincial awards including the National Key Scientific Achievement Award and four provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards, published 150+ papers, authored two textbooks, and mentored 80+ graduate students. Recognized as a Leading Talent in Gansu Province (2010) and an Innovation Talent in Jiangsu’s High-Level Entrepreneurship Program (2019), his honors include the Baosteel Outstanding Teacher Award (2020) and the title of “Excellent Innovation Mentor” at the China "Internet+" College Student Innovation Competition (2018). He currently chairs the Academic Committee for IC Engineering at Lanzhou University and directs the Gansu Semiconductor Device Industry Technology Center.

Prof. Lingfeng Shi

IEEE Senior member 

Xidian University, China


Professor at Xidian University, Ph.D. advisor. Currently primarily engaged in research areas such as sensor signal processing, navigation and positioning, and wireless communication. Has published over 110 academic papers, more than 70 of which are indexed by SCI (with nearly 20 in Q2 or higher journals and over 20 in IEEE journals) and over 10 indexed by EI. Additionally, has published over 10 papers in significant international academic journals and conferences, holds over 17 granted national invention patents, 1 utility model patent, and has applied for 4 national invention patents, and transferred 2 invention patents. Currently an IEEE Senior Member, member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and reviewer for numerous authoritative international SCI academic journals including IEEE, IET, MEJ, JIE, as well as domestic authoritative academic journals such as Journal of Electronics (both Chinese and English versions), Journal on Communications, and Journal of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China - Engineering Edition. Also serves as a technology awards review expert for the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Prof. Liyun Ding

Lanzhou University, China


Ding Liyun, female, is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, recipient of the Hubei Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund (2021). She has served as a Professor at the School of Physical Science and Technology, Lanzhou University since 2022, and previously worked as a Researcher at the National Engineering Research Center for Fiber Optic Sensing Technology and Networks, Wuhan University of Technology from 2015 to 2022. With long-term expertise in foundational research and industrial translation, her work focuses on the design and preparation of optically sensitive nanocomposites, sensing technology theories, and fiber-optic chemical/biosensors, spanning interdisciplinary fields such as physics, materials science, microelectronics, and medicine. She currently holds roles as Deputy Director of the Gansu Provincial Key Laboratory of Functional Genomics and Molecular Diagnostics and serves as a committee member of the Optical Testing Committee of the Chinese Optical Society.

She has led four National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects, one central government-guided local science and technology development project, one Gansu Provincial Natural Science Foundation major project, and over ten provincial/ministerial research initiatives. As a key academic contributor, she has participated in multiple NSFC key projects, Distinguished Young Scholar programs, and general projects. She has published over 100 high-impact papers in top-tier journals such as Biosensors & Bioelectronics, Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical, and ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, with ISI-indexed SCI citations exceeding 2,100 and an H-index of 25. Additionally, she has filed 13 invention patents, one of which has been successfully transferred.

Prof. Yufei Ma

Harbin Institute of Technology, China



Yufei Ma received his PhD degree in physical electronics from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2013. From September 2010 to September 2011, he spent as a visiting scholar at Rice University, USA. Currently, he is a professor at Harbin Institute of Technology, China. He is an Optica Fellow and the winner of National Outstanding Youth Science Fund. His research interests include optical sensors, trace gas detection, laser spectroscopy, solid-state laser and optoelectronics. He has published more than 200 publications and given more than 40 invited presentations at international conferences. He serves as area editor for Elsevier Photoacoustics and Wiley Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, associate editor for Optica Optics Express, SPIE Optical Engineering and Frontiers in Physics. He also serves as topical editor for Opto-Electronic Advances, CLP Chinese Optics Letters and editorial board member for MDPI Sensors and Applied Sciences.
